Developed, budgeted and negotiated the purchase of a geochemical survey to delineate oil migration events through a reservoir in the Terra Nova oil field offshore Newfoundland, and well as researching applications of fluid inclusion techniques to petroleum exploration and production for Suncor Energy East Coast operations.

Provided wellsite geological services to Marathon Oil Canada Corporation on their oil sands exploration program, with duties that included description of oil sands core, controlled drilling to Devonian limestone basement rock, and sampling of Quaternary sediments.Other duties included submitting daily reports, monitoring petrophysical well logging runs and performing surface cutting and core sample descriptions.

Provided geological consulting services to Tawsho Mining which included logging and sampling core in the first year of their Whisker Valley drilling program in Baie Verte, NL.Other duties included sighting drill holes and pads, investigative follow-up geological mapping of an IP survey and writing drilling and mapping reports.

Performed different aspects of geological exploration, including prospecting, mapping and sampling, as it pertained to Eagleridge's exploration plan on its Newfoundland properties.Worked alongside geologists, students and local prospectors to maximize exploration efforts in mostly mafic volcanic to felsic rock sequences.
