This position is a strategic & managerial role, responsible for : Leading and coordinating the development, implementation and sustainment of the Supply Chain Capability Development agenda across multiple sites and locations in the Europe Sector. The alignment and sustainment of our various org capability initiatives is a key focus area particularly in view of the dynamic growth of the Sector.1. Change Leadership and Strategic business Partnering. 2. Organisational capability – Build learning tools and programmes to develop individual, team and organizational operating capability, and to enhance the capability of the organisation in order to achieve current and future business objectives.3. Organisation Development – Leverage consulting and facilitation skills, data-based tools and processes to deliver strategic insights that enhance workplace performance and drive the people development agenda for the Operations community. 4. Employee and Labour Relations – Create an effective employee and labour relations environment that enables the Company to attain its business objectives, build employee commitment, minimize external influence, and ensure external compliance. The focus is on developing and maintaining a Labour relations strategy for Europe and developing capability in the areas of labour relations and direct communications skills. Leveraging employee engagement through the development and roll-out of Continuous Improvement initiatives is also an area of focus.5. Training and Development Planning and Roll out 6. Technical training - facilitate people skills training sessions for our technical community.• Identify and develop appropriate language skills interventions for the SET community across the different countries that we operate in.• Coach and mentor the activities of one direct report to ensure the delivery of an efficient administration and coordination service to the MOS team.
