I am a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in Detroit. I lead BCG's Center for Digital in Automotive & Mobility for North America - with a focus on infotainment, telematics, software development, and data/connectivity strategies. In addition, I lead BCG's Center for Product Creation in North America, where we are transforming product development and product management in automotive, industrial goods, and technology - accelerating time to market, creating scalable horizontal platforms, optimizing product cost, leveraging AI/ML to augment decision making, and reinventing products through software-based business models. Prior to BCG, I led General Motors' connected vehicle and smart phone app integration product development, responsible for launching GM's next-generation of connected vehicle products and strategic partnerships with app developers.I have an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Systems from the University of Michigan with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Communication Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering also from the University of Michigan.As part of my work, I've been awarded 5 patents for automotive technology innovations.
