Mindful Communications works with organizations in a variety of sectors; corporate wellness, healthcare, media, education, law enforcement etc. that understand the value in investing in the wellbeing of their constituents. We are dedicated to sharing the gifts of mindfulness through content that helps people manage stress, enjoy better health, foster more caring relationships, and cultivate a more compassionate society.

GirlZone.com was sold in 2018. It was the longest running, independent website for teen women. Originally launched in 1997 it was pioneer in the field and became a top destination for teen girls. The site covered a diverse range of topics - real life, advice, body image, health, exercise, nutrition, careers, fashion, quizzes, spirituality and much more. We developed and launched a mobile game app for healthy lifestyle called Girl Zone Challenge! - it can be adapted/licensed for various demographics and topics.

Managed corporate support working with organizations for underwriting support of Vermont PBS through on-air sponsor messages and sponsorship of documentaries, special events and programs. Steadily increased financial support in all sectors.

Business Development success with steady growth primarily as Ad Director for a magazine distributed through military commissaries and in the area of Content licensing/Custom publishing.
