-Reporting to the Mall Director, responsible for Operations in Alegro Alfragide Shopping Mall: - Coordination of maintenance, cleaning and security teams; Management and control of tenants' works; - Planning and management of the mall’s operations, investment and works budget (CAPEX, OPEX); - Operationalization of requests from the mall team: events, exhibitions, new tenants; - Management of utilities, participating in the development of the sustainability action plan; - Ensure compliance with applicable rules and legislation (NP EN ISO 9001:2015, NP EN ISO 14001:2015 and NP EN ISO 45001:2019, BREEAM In-Use).

- Analysis and structuring of information on the customers' business needs and internal processes. - Adaptation and integration of own software / asset management platform; - Development and implementation of integrated tools for recording, monitoring and managing utilities (energy, water, gas, etc.) through IoT devices;
