Art Manager with FreeStyleGames, an Activision studio in Leamington Spa, England and developers of such high profile titles as DJ Hero, DJ Hero 2 & Guitar Hero DLC. Along with the Creative Director I am responsible for the FreeStyleGames Art Studio totalling 35 artists and the art output for the projects on which we work. I am a member of the FreeStyleGames 'Leadership Team' and enjoy being involved at a strategic level in the company and able to have input into and influence key studio decisions.As part of my role as Art Manager I am responsible for Technical Art Direction, Recruitment, Performance and Appraisals, Project Scope & Scheduling, aspects of Art Direction, Risk Managament, Resource Assignments & Talent Development.

GRID was the follow up title from the studio that produced the global hit DiRT and pushed the Neon racing engine on still further. In 2009 GRID won the Bafta award for Best Sports Title.

Lead Artist for the globally successful XBox 360 and PS3 title 'DiRT'

Responsible for the Interface Design group with Codemasters (Team of 8).The group work across all Codemasters internal titles, on all major platforms and in a variety of genres.

All round contribution on LMA Manager series and Club Football. A variety of positions held during this period from animation through modelling, gradually moving towards graphic design.
