Responsible for product management and P&L of pre-filled syringe business across two manufacturing locations

Responsible for the marketing and management of a $385MM product portfolio consisting of Minor Procedure Trays, Non-Sterile Kits, Endoscopy Procedure Trays, Vascular Access Dressings and Labels as well as the management of a marketing team of 23 employees with 4 direct reports.

Cross functionally managing a $72M Minor Procedure Tray product line working extensively with Senior Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations and QA/RA while managing 9 direct reports; 2 Associate Product Managers, 2 Sample Room Coordinators, 1 Account Representative Supervisor and 4 Account Representatives.Full P&L management responsibility of the entire business unit’s sales and operations including upstream and downstream marketing such as new product development, marketing, inventory management, pricing, product positioning and life cycle management. Extensive direct vendor relationship management both overseas in Asia and domestically.Extensive direct interaction with C-Suite level hospital staff and direct end user clinicians through in-servicing, educational presentations and voice of customer research while traveling up to 50%Comprehensive end user experience managing hospital practice and planning to drive increased hospital wide financial and staff time efficienciesAchieved greater than 10% sales growth while becoming market leader in a $250M market
