I began with a team of five underwriters and underwriting assistants in a cross-functional team focused on policy services and agency servicing. My team and responsibilities expanded to include up to eleven staff adding customer service representatives and billing specialists focused on processing, billing, and customer service. As a business analyst I was responsible for managing a variety of metrics, projects, process improvement, and requirements development.

Direct supervision of front-line customer service and sales staff. Responsible for strategic planning and ensuring compliance in legal and corporate procedural requirements. Meet with prospective and current commercial clients to determine eligibility and need for Citizens’ banking products.

The CSC position normally involves providing customer service for MetLife’s line of annuity products. In this position I was quickly recognized for my analytical abilities and was selected for a variety of projects, including heading up our unit’s effort to streamline operations by removing unnecessary or duplicative steps and implementing cost saving procedural improvements.
