• Heading a Home textile and the fabric division, . • Preparing, review policies, and procedures for the department. • Ensuring completion of orders from procurement of raw materials to shipment of consignment. • Liaison and coordination with entire supply chain (suppliers, manufacturing units, inspection agencies, shipping companies and customers). • Ensuring fulfillment of shipping documentation requirements.• Conduct meeting with out source units to ensure quality / timely completion • Planning and control of smooth production • Reporting to stake holders on daily basis for the productions and smooth running of the organization.
