With over 15 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Mike brings an integrated approach of massage therapy, stretching and fitness to his clients. He uses deep tissue massage techniques with various forms of muscle stretching modalities to restore optimal muscle health and function. He has experience working with a broad range of injuries and issues, including sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents (whiplash associated disorder), repetitive strain injuries, and chronic migraines. Mike specializes in Swedish and Thai massage and is a member of the Ontario College of Massage Therapists.In addition to practicing Massage therapy, Mike is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Mike developed a passion for all things fitness at a very early age and has been an active member of the health and fitness community for 20 years. Mike has helped many clients revolutionize their quality of life through personal fitness and is extremely dedicated to helping them achieve life altering benefits through regular exercise and a commitment to personal wellness.
