Why should it be difficult to use new technology? Everything can be made simple, or at least understandable if you just give it enough thought. I'm an engineer by heart and my area of specialisation is the psychology of humans. I am more interested in what my user needs rather than what is technically possible. When I finished university my aim was to make perfect products, but I soon realised that perfect products are just wishful thinking. You never feel you are finished and you just end up spending way too much time before you learn that you pretence was faulty anyway. I believe that to make a truly great product you need to constantly learn from your user and adapt your product with great speed. I am a great advocate for using LEAN principles for User Experience design. I believe that creating a great product is not a one man job but a collaborative process, that involve all stakeholders. I tend to focusing on the big picture without letting the small details slip. I love to be a part of the process of designing and developing great products. I am very curious and always in the search for new knowledge or new methods that can improve my team's performances.
