Following many years in academia, I now work full-time for family’s organization, the Lee Kim Tah Group. We seek to leverage our heritage as a Singapore real estate pioneer by investing globally in assets and businesses that will build the cities and communities of tomorrow.Along with my sister Nicole, I also co-founded and am a Managing Partner of JIANesis, a family-office investment firm dedicated to helping companies in the ed tech, healthcare tech, marketing tech, eSports, and future energy/sustainability arenas achieve long-term growth and success.Previously, I dedicated most of my working life to understanding how digital technologies can be used to support and enhance human learning. In addition to my corporate work I continue to undertake interdisciplinary research in learning sciences and technologies spanning the K-12, vocational education, higher education, and organizational learning contexts. I have been especially interested in how XR (VR/AR/MR) technologies can be used in evidence-based ways to create learning environments and experiences that are effective, engaging, and inspiring.
