Mike Wolfson serves as managing director of multifamily capital markets research for Newmark, overseeing research for the firm’s national Multifamily Capital Markets group, one of the largest multifamily platforms in the United States. Mr. Wolfson works closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and is a member of the Multifamily Capital Markets Advisory Council.Mr. Wolfson is instrumental in the production of the firm’s national Multifamily Capital Markets research reports and contributes to high-level capital markets research, as well as thought leadership pieces. He is the central point of contact for national multifamily research and is responsible for monitoring and analyzing commercial real estate market trends.In 2016, Mr. Wolfson was recognized as Newmark’s employee of the year for the New York Tri-State region.Mr. Wolfson joined Newmark as a capital markets research analyst in January 2015. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Wolfson was an analyst at Reis.Mr. Wolfson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
