Mk Timothy is an angel investor, seasoned serial entrepreneur and executive with over 6 years of experience serving as a CEO and President in the information technology sector, building high-performing teams, overseeing complex mergers, acquisitions and integrations, and scaling global operations.MK Timothy’s achievements as an executive and entrepreneur have been widely recognized. Timothy is a 2016 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award recipient, named one of Business Insider’s Most Powerful in Business strategy. He finds inspiration at home in Naalya, a township in Kiira Municipality. When asked what he loves most about his work at TTC, he replied: “I enjoy the challenge and the people I work with, both customers and most of all, the TTC team. I am motivated by the technologies we implement. Each improvement and update allows us to learn and improve our customers’ challenges with state of the art solutions. I also get excited about the products we implement. The products give us the tools to solve real customer challenges. Tim's Pay was founded in 2018 with an established headquarters in Tokyo-Japan, and offices in East-Africa, and Johannesburg. We currently have over 10 dedicated employees in our establishment and are growing rapidly to cover the globe. We have thousands of users, a firm business model, and are utterly bootstrapped.

As a director of operations, I set parameters for the efficient and effective running of Gold cage Africa activities. Most of the time is spent reviewing and evaluating business procedures and overseeing the work of upper-level management executives.My roles also vary considerably ranging from overseeing production, smelting, security and sales process, targeting specific operational efficiency. This equally includes monitoring revenue margins and worker productivity, as well as implementing new strategies for growth. Occasionally, I set guidelines for personnel evaluations, recruitment, and advancement.
