I share my expertise in digital planning, construction, and operations as a certified BIM trainer and lecturer at universities. This includes institutions such as FH Joanneum in Graz, Danube University in Krems, BAUAkademie in Upper Austria, the University in Karlsruhe, and Facility Management Austria in Vienna.

Responsible for the strategic and operational development of the digital product portfolio in the real estate lifecycle. This includes the development of a visionary and holistic product portfolio approach as well as the integration of market demands and customer needs into the product strategy orientation of the portfolio products. Responsibilities include:• Identification and acquisition of potential customers as well as active participation in the creation of successful sales and acquisition strategies, which led to revenue in the six-figure range within about 6 months.• Conducting comprehensive market analyses for software in the real estate lifecycle, identifying trends, and understanding the needs of target customers. The cross-functional team combines expertise in construction and data analysis and consists of architects, civil engineers, as well as business intelligence and IoT developers. The team's scope of work includes business development and product management for the development of a data analysis software module, ranging from strategy and MVP creation to a scalable solution.

In my role at Umdasch Group Ventures, I support our portfolio company NeoTwin in Business Development. This involves the strategic alignment and operational implementation of growth strategies, as well as enhancing NeoTwin's market positioning and customer relationships through the distribution of the Asset Management Platform PrometriQ.

The diploma thesis „Building Information Modelling used Calculating Large Projects” analyses the use of BIM theoretically and practically. The reader gets an overview about the topic BIM. Questions as “What is BIM?”, “Who can use BIM?”, “How to use BIM?”, “Why to use BIM?” and “When to use BIM?” are answered. Basics as definitions, general principles and BIM categories are explained. Another topic is “BIM from different views”. A comparison between some countries shows the BIM progress. The practical use of Building Information Modelling is demonstrated by the generation of a calculation based on a building model. The process steps 2D Preparation, 3D Modelling and 4D Including Costs are pointed out and analysed. The method is evaluated based on this analysis and the potential of BIM at the calculation of large projects is shown. The conclusion gives information about the present situation of BIM. It displays problems and solutions as well as chances and risks.
