Currently, at Alvarez and Marsal, I do diligence.As a part of A&M's Transaction Advisory Group team, I work closely with both private equity and corporate clients to make informed investment decisions, and to improve the performance of assets they already own by providing independent and objective analyses and transaction advisory services that go beyond routine due diligence. My role includes conducting standalone/ carve-out assessment, synergy identification and financial due diligence.Until recently, engaged in Audit Assurance services at EY, handling External Reporting, ICFR and Financial Accounting Advisory Service engagements.
