As a social media and digital marketing manager, I’m responsible for 1. Digital Strategy Development: • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi (Eastern Province). • Identify target audience segments and create campaigns that resonate with local cultural and market trends.2. Content Creation and Management: • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of all published content (images, videos, written content) across social media channels. • Ensure content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.3. Campaign Management: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.4. Analytics and Reporting: • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of social media and digital marketing efforts. • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 5. Budget Management: • Manage the budget for social media and digital marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Monitor expenditures and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.6. Collaboration: • Work closely with other departments, such as creative, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized services.7. Training and Development: • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

• Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn & Twitter and oversee social media content.• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and awareness around the Kingdom.• Contribute to yearly strategy and planning for Marketing, Communication and Digital. • Measure the ROI, KPIs, and satisfaction of various campaigns; monitor and optimize the campaigns based on performance, metrics and recommendations.• Manage all internal communication requirements (creative, marketing, communication, website, digital, SMS) for various communication channels.• Oversee the day-to-day work of the creative and media agencies.• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community & monitor online presence of company’s brand and engaged with users, strengthening customer relationships.• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and execute internal as well as external communication campaigns and strategies for specific target audiences.• Collaborate and create campaigns across multiple channels to raise awareness, engage with audience.• Create corporate presentations, weekly, monthly and annual reports, monthly newsletter and on-demand reports.• Ensure that all internal and external marketing and communication campaigns activities represents the stc brand, and it is associated with vision.• Lead specific campaigns end to end (including video creation, creative artworks, communication plan etc).• Collaborate with stc KSA and Kuwait teams to launch one unified campaign across all three countries on specific events (example: Ramadan, Mother’s day etc).• Collaborate with third party companies for market research projects and present report to the management.• Serve as stc Marcom day-to-day POC for marketing activities.• Represent as Brand Ambassador.
