CurrentOversaw the operations of Yahoo's corporate online store and the launch of a physical store on the San Jose campus, including store setup, product curation, and merchandising.- Managed between 5-7 vendor partnerships to select, manufacture, and deliver products and services in alignment with brand guidelines, working closely with the Brand Creative team.- Provided excellent customer service online and in person, answering questions and solving challenges creatively while providing brand education and awareness.- Administered vendor partners in the ongoing selection and production of merchandise from inception through quoting, proofing, production, quality control, and delivery on time and within budget constraints.- Managed inventory to ensure the store has the correct mix of products using forecasting and sales analysis to ensure regular inventory turnover.- Assisted CEO cabinet, ERG’s (Employee Resource Group), Internal Teams (Executive DEI and Paranoid team) in curating products for ad-hoc requests for special events and corporate gifting.- Built a customer loyalty program by improving customer service processes and managing inventory to capture on trend offerings in line with the brand.- Partnered with a local artist collective called San Jose Walls to bring art and culture of San Jose into the new campus by installing 8 murals at the new San Jose campus.
