When I co-founded Slaylines, I wasn’t just setting out to create another tech company. I’m not just another software developer; I like to think of myself as a Fractional CTO, a partner who gets as excited about your idea as you do, and who’s there from the first sketch on a napkin to the day your product hits the market.My love affair with programming started back at Moscow State University. There’s something magical about seeing a solution take shape, especially when it has the potential to solve real-world problems. Since then, I’ve had my hands in everything from building data visualization tools to leading teams through tight deadlines and challenging projects. But what really gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing that what I build can make someone’s life better.At Slaylines, I’m proud to say we’re small but mighty. We’ve tackled exciting projects over the years. For example, when we built a web service that helped travelers explore Russia by car; it was a wild ride, pun intended. Or the educational platform we launched for the Institute of Coaching, which brought in over $300k in sales. The geofencing tool we developed for Superpedestrian has helped keep e-scooter riders safe on the road. Each project has its own story and its own set of challenges, and that’s what makes this work so rewarding.What really sets me apart, though, is that I don’t do hype. In an industry that sometimes feels like it’s all about the latest buzzwords, I focus on what’s real.
