Responsibilities includes:> Preparation of Financial Statements on quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis, including preparation of Expected Credit Loss (ECL), Investments working, Taxation and Lease Liability.> Review and upload Trail Balance on SECP e-filing portal on Monthly basis.> Review and upload Financial Statements on SECP e-filing portal on quarterly basis.> Preparation and timely submission of Monthly Liquid Capital Balance Statements and Net-worth Statements on PSX and NCCPL Portals.> Review Client Asset Segregation Statement and ensuring timely submission to PSX on fortnightly basis.> Manage queries and Audits conducted by regulators (PSX, NCCPL, CDC and SECP).> Manage Finance team including assignment of task and review of team performance.> Review Monthly payroll, ensuring proper deduction of salary taxes and outstanding employee loan or advances. Submission of salary tax on monthly basis to FBR.> Review vendor invoice payments to ensure proper tax has been withheld and filing PSID’s on FBR IRIS portal.> Management of Asset Registers including Fixed and Intangible Assets, ensuring proper treatment of each assets class, relevant depreciation / amortization and disposal / Write-off for the period.> Management of Employee Contributory Provident Fund, including necessary documentation and Recording> Coordination and Management of External and Internal audits.> Preparation of working for Advance income taxes and taxes withheld including timely Payment and recording.> Preparation of working for Monthly Sales tax return including timely payment and recording.> Preparation of notices for Board of Director’s, Extraordinary and Annual General Meeting and compiling minutes in respect of it.> Drafting and designing internal policies for finance department. This includes updating finance manual to streamline operations, identify and remove bottlenecks including preparing ancillary policies for this purpose.
