Spearhead the verbal identity offering for the oldest independent brand agency in the US, including oversight of full-time and contract writers, creating best-in-class verbal expressions, campaigns, copywriting, and developing tools and solutions with language.• Lay a foundation of growth, building the team from the ground up, hiring and staffing writers and contractors at various levels of expertise.• Identify and create a variety of content-based deliverables and bespoke products such as: tone of voice, messaging, style guides, campaign concept and copywriting, launch video scripts, voice training guides, brand centers, virtual assistants, experiential and environmental messaging, brand storytelling, and written collateral for brand launches and activations.• Ensure key deliverables use inclusive language, and are built with consideration of a broad range of people and protected groups, such as accessibility for brand centers and addressing alternatives to derogatory terms in style guides.• Collaborate with highly integrated project teams to address unique client challenges, delivering strong brand voice, strategic messaging and content.• Established verbal team structure, defined product offering and competitive positioning for the agency, inclusive of experiential storytelling, and moments messaging as solutions, breaking down traditional perceptions of where verbal identities show up and how they’re used.• Founder and member of Monigle's IDC, spearheading initiatives such as identification of organizations for employee donations to fight systemic racism, creation of the first D&I style guide, speaker series moderator and co-creator, educational and support resources list, vendor and partner diversity survey, and agency representative for Out for Undergrad (O4U).
