- Developed a forecast for the number of orders for couriers.- Developed the generation of orders on the map, taking into account the density of distribution of historical orders.- Found a way to combine the forecast and knowledge of already created real orders in the early stages.

- Responsible for our part of the cross-team Routing project. Set deadlines, assign priorities, assign tasks. Collaborated with the main project manager, QA, developers, data engineers, data analysts.- I plunged into the context of the problem: visited courier bases and warehouses, traveled along the route with a courier in several cities. - Created the way to solve optimize courier assignments and route task.- Deployed a web application with CatBoostRegressor to predict task execution time.

I solved the problem of classifying text requests to technical support. Result: improved support response time (by 20%) and quality of responses (user ratings: 4.1 -> 4.7).
