When I am being transferred from department to department only to be asked the same questions over and over again.When I founded LiveHelpNow, customer service SaaS, I made it its focus to combat bad customer service hence why all of its features are designed to help CSRs in providing the best customer service possible, eliminate wait and analyze call center performance in real time to be able to mitigate instantaneously.This wasn't enough.
