- In charge of the optimal running of all the plant utilities (cogeneration 4MW, electric MV and LV 8,4MVA, steam 20 T/h, compressed air 9000 Nm3/h, chilled water 5MW, glycol water 4MW, industrial waters treatment system 2500m3/d, ingredient water, HVAC, Air treatment 15 CTA...) - In charge of industreal water treatment approach and water treatment process selection, trouble shooting, design, operation, and physico-chemical analysis treatment including : Raw water treatment systems, Boiler feed water treatment systems, Cooling tower water treatment systems, Ingredient water treatment system (ultrapurification, reverse osmosis unit of 60CM per Hour), optimisation of the performence of the RO unit to attend 90%, setting up a dashboard to monitor the performance of physical and chemical analyses of all water treatment system ...- Ensure flawless functioning of the WWTP 3500m3/day (préventive and curative maintenance)- Manage CAPEX's and OPEX utilities, WWTP- In charge of lay out, utilities planning, handling equipments, procurement, installation and commissioning of the plant- Plant capacity survey, identification of bottle-necks and the new equipments needed to resolve capacity constraints- Development of the utilities master plan- Implement KPI's energy performance - Reducing energy costs of the plant - Implementation of Utilities Performance Monitoring System for all levels (saving 3% around 300KDT/year)- Implementation of 4MW cogeneration system with full valorisation of thermal power (steam and hot water, 85% efficiency) Capex 3 MEuro- In charge of coordinating and supervising the entire project with various partners to meet time, quality and cost targets- Ensure concepts of SHE - Liaise with Government authorities to ensure overall projects integration.
