With over ten years of progressive experience in economics, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), lecturing and research, I am a dedicated Associate Embedded Labs Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Zambia. I lead and support the design, implementation, and analysis of rigorous impact evaluations and policy experiments in various sectors, such as education, agriculture, health, entrepreneurship, social protection and governance.My mission is to use evidence-based solutions to address development challenges and create lasting impact worldwide. I have a strong academic background, with an MPhil in Agricultural Economics, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, a BA in Economics with Statistics and several certificates from prestigious institutions. Currently, I'm pursuing an MSc in Data Science, a strategic endeavour aimed at further enriching my proficiency spectrum. I also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality research outputs, managing large-scale projects, lecturing, facilitating training workshops, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, donors, and academic partners.
