With this tool the Company is now able to budget and monitor the actual KPIs from the system with a hundred percent accuracy. The tool automatically prepares also IFRS financial statements with minimum manual adjustments not only statutory statements (Functional P&L Statements, Balance Sheet, Indirect Cash Flow Statement),Also we have implemented a 5+ year projection template within the system so that the Company is able to put main KPI's into the system and see how it will improve and also able to monitor the "Actual" KPI's vs. "Budget" vs. "Forecast".
