- Responsible for the ideal footwear collection within set deadlines to reach commercial targets- Responsible for the line plan based on trends, target groups & sell-in and sell-out results- Managing the design team and design processes- Responsible for calendar management- Regular travelling from production trips to trade fairs

- Providing leadership and strategic visions for Footwear brands e.g. Fila, Le Coq Sportif, Pantofola d’Oro, Ellesse, Champion, Helly Hansen- Managing the design process from concept to salesmansamples, working directly with Head of Product, brandmanagement and productdevelopment- Responsible for the line architectures & calendar management- Overseeing a team of designers and design assistants- Keeping overview of the Footwear collections, designing part of the collection- Working on specific products wih key accounts to have the perfect retail offer- Research newness in markets and commercial needs; store checks, country visits, fairs, supplier meetings, etc.
