- Providing leadership and strategic visions for Footwear brands e.g. Fila, Le Coq Sportif, Pantofola d’Oro, Ellesse, Champion, Helly Hansen- Managing the design process from concept to salesmansamples, working directly with Head of Product, brandmanagement and productdevelopment- Responsible for the line architectures & calendar management- Overseeing a team of designers and design assistants- Keeping overview of the Footwear collections, designing part of the collection- Working on specific products wih key accounts to have the perfect retail offer- Research newness in markets and commercial needs; store checks, country visits, fairs, supplier meetings, etc.

- Responsible from concept to productionsamples of Accessories collections (Bags, Soft Accessories, Socks) for e.g. Fila, Le Coq Sportif, Lotto, Ellesse, Champion, Helly Hansen- Responsible for the line architectures & calendar management- Designing products, sourcing & managing manufacturers concerning products, materials and trims- Negotiations with suppliers in terms of prices, deliveries and quality assurance

- Responsible from concept to productionsamples of all product groups for Noppies Kids apparel - focussing on Girls- Coordinating the Girls design team to meet deadlines & setting goals- Regular travelling from product development trips in Far East to tradefairs in Europe
