At StarTech my job as a Technical Advisor was to provide clients with product information, make sales recommendations and troubleshoot existing problems with products to provide the client with the most efficient and complete solution.I had the opportunity to work with direct sales customers as well as large scale business clients with unique cases. I was also responsible for assessing special cases and escalating through the relevant channels as needed.

At GeekSquad, I assisted customers by providing recommendations for solutions to their technological problems. I also provided troubleshooting and software/hardware repair for their existing problems.I was also responsible for customer retention and being tasked with improvising solutions to unique problems that would satisfy the client and retain their business.

As a Millwork advisor, my role was mainly to provide millwork solutions (windows/doors/moulding/etc) to customers in order to renovate and refresh their living environments. I also had the opportunity to design and finalize custom orders on special built product customized to the client’s liking.
