School Operations Manager
Current•Manage the day-to-day operations of three campus locations as well as supervise administration and janitorial staff at all facilities.•Perform Human Resource duties such as: employee performance reviews, monitor schedules, initiate on-boarding, and payroll. Identify and administer training and development for staff.•Conduct credit card reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue verification, and bank deposits.•Monitor campus budgets, inventory, purchases for campus bookstores/offices and collection of campus revenue.
