I define Process/KPI for certification including Pre-Certification and review to ensure that the 40+ certifications are on track. I am also responsible for RFI and RFQ’s to bring in new Infotainment projects.

As Program manager for ~300Mio€ (4 Years) Premium In-Vehicle Infotainment program for Japanese customer, I am single point of contact for customer PM team and responsible for program deliverables. I gather customer insight/feedback from confirmation rides and meetings, set and align target for milestones across teams, manage risk and monitor teams KPIs for program execution. Customer trust building through successful mile milestone deliveries helped for acquisition of next projects worth ~150Mio€ spread over 3 years.

USA.• Requirements gathering, clarification, Design, Development, Integration and Release for various machine features like Implement Subsystem, Traction Control, Throttle Control, Diagnostics implementation, J1939 communication, Ethernet communication, NVM handling and others.• Worked as part of a multi-national/multi-site team to develop various caterpillar machines like Track Type Tractor, Track Drill, Hydraulic Mining Shovel, Continuous Miner and Off Highway Truck.• Delivered Track Drill Project in record time of 5 months that lead to around 18 million dollars in savings for Caterpillar. Due to success of this project several newer Bucyrus projects like Shovels and Continuous Miner were also won.• Deep understanding of the machine features and implicit requirements.• Implemented Speed Sensor, Switch to Battery, Switch to Ground and Analog inputs. Implemented 2A on/off, 2A proportional and 300 mA sinking output.• Implemented J1939 diagnostics using DM messages. • Debugged multi ECM issues and localized the issue. Fixed the issue in the respective ECM.• Was part of End Customer evaluation at proving ground. Performed Tuning and calibration for new machines at Proving Ground.

ALPS UGZZ8 Bluetooth chip was used. The communication between ALPS chip and the Head unit was through UART using AT commands.
