We have developed a comprehensive relational database and a robust backend framework for a high-speed REST API, demonstrating skills in database management, software development, and web services architecture. We conducted comparative tool analysis to assess performance in predicting amino acid change pathogenicity, contributing to workflow optimization in bioinformatics. We played a pivotal role in a major project focused on pathogenicity score analysis, showcasing the ability to address complex bioinformatics challenges effectively.
