Snapp is Iran's first and largest online taxi service, with over 30 million active users (one-third of Iran's population) and more than 4.5 million ride requests daily. The Snapp project includes driver and passenger applications developed by 10 expert Android developers. As a member of this team, I’m in charge of developing and maintaining both projects. Some of my responsibilities include:1. Enhanced the product functionality by implementing voice call service with Google WebRTC.2. Increased the app's user satisfaction rate by implementing a creative UI using Jetpack Compose.3. Improved the app's modularity and maintainability by refactoring the project architecture from RIBs to MVI with an agile team of 10 in 6 months.4. Led and managed my teammates to deliver high-quality features.5. Trained and supported junior Android developers to improve their skills in this field.6. Collaborated with other teams, such as product, design, backend, and QA, to ensure alignment of requirements and resolve any issues or conflicts.7. Improved the app's quality and reliability by introducing unit tests and increasing project test coverage.

Optimized the app's performance and responsiveness by improving data flow with a Reactive approach by integrating Kotlin Coroutine.4.
