Worked for 3 years as resident doctor of Orthopedics and traumatology in AO Certified Trauma Center (Assiut University Hospitals) during which I acquired good knowledge with Management of trauma cases and Surgical skills. Along with I had the chance of doing 4 months rotation in arthroscopy and sports unit during that period I organized and attended 3 highly specialized arthroscopy courses and workshops for Basic Arthroscopic skills ,ACL Course and Shoulder Course which utilized cadaveric specimens and hands on. I did my research work in Assiut university faculty of medicine in the field of Orthopedics’ arthroplasty acquiring one publication and pass in the university exam for Egyptian Board of Orthopaedics.I had the chance for an attachment and fellowship with pioneer of shoulder and knee arthroscopy in Cairo University,Ain Shams University ,Helwan University and working on that field for 4 years during that time I had the access to observe , Assist ,and operate un assisted a diversity of arthroscopic procedures in the knee ,shoulder ,ankle and elbow such as -P.Meniscectomy ,Meniscal Repair (Root,Ramp,Bucket Handle)-ACL Reconstruction (Hamstrings,Quadriceps),PCL Reconstructions,Bi-cruciate Reconstructions. -High Tibial Osteotomy ,Tibial Slope Adjustment Osteotomies.-Bankart Repairs ,Reversed Bankart, and Remplissage-SLAP Lesion Repair, Biceps Tenotomy,Biceps Tenodesis (Supra &Sub-Pec). -Arthroscopic and mini-open Rotator cuff repairs.-Later Jet Procedure-OCD Microfractures of Knee and Talus-Endoscopic Calcenoplasty
