In this role, I was tasked with building out the new Applicant Tracking System on a joint global project with Tesco Bank & Tesco Group. Delivered & built full implementation of Tesco Bank's new applicant tracking system, Avature within 6 months.• Collaboratively defined and implemented the vision of the Avature applicant tracking system, using strategic inputs from key stakeholders across Tesco Bank and Tesco Supermarkets, thereby improving the overall user experience and product adoption.• Ensured all IT and business strategies, risk & fraud policies, and standards were strictly adhered to during project Avature applicant tracking system execution and system configuration, achieving commonality and ease of maintenance.• Supported business leaders and stakeholders during the rollout and enhancements of the Avature applicant tracking system, aiding change management processes and ensuring seamless product implementation.• Proactively responded to business strategy changes, adjusting the strategic roadmap of the Avature applicant tracking system to align with new objectives and ensure consistent delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).• Lead our Agile Transformation programme ensuring all systems were set up to handle diverse operational processes.
