I help people design & test strategies, develop innovations, understand patients and stakeholders, articulate business models and create awesome teams. I run a lot of workshops (with human-centered design at the core of them), design sprints, and strategy retreats.Roughly half of the work I do is in healthcare - I feel like the work here really makes a difference. Healthcare is very data rich - with clinical innovations, for example, we get to see quantified improvement. The people are mission driven and are generally a joy to work with. This is pretty broad, but the majority of my projects are related to transformation - essentially helping orgs. and communities to do things in new ways. This could be in the context of a merger, crisis, expansion, or a new strategic plan; the change could be around a new process launched at scale, HRO principles, 'innovation', clinician wellbeing, community based partnerships, and other topics.I am always game to share ideas with people - students, startups, folks with corporates.
