Responsible for managing all aspects of several medium sized marketing projects which may occur simultaneously. Responsibilities include managing project definition, expectations of key stakeholders, budget, timeline and vendor relationships. Hands-on contribution to projects to ensure activities are completed on-time and on-budget. Additionally, coordinate contributions and deliverables from all project team members.

The Marketing Operations Manager was involved at various levels of campaign creation and development. The Marketing Operations Manager built the yearly budget that would be negotiated by C-level executives. Online Marketing, including PPC, SEO, and SEM were key tasks that were not only managed, but executed by the Marketing Operation Manager.

Harmony Homes was our family's business. I was recruited after graduating from college and working in Denver, CO. Harmony Homes was a great opportunity to get experience in small business operations including: budgeting, strategy/tactical implementation, planning, sales and marketing, etc. I was relieved from my position during the last round of layoffs. In May 2009 I was brought back to represent the builder at the closing of the final custom home they built, and as a liaison to legal representation.I gained a reputation as an efficient and effective "cost conscience" manager.I found ways to market the company more efficiently, even if it meant doing tasks personally.Created and implemented a "contract to closing" plan bringing a buyer through the new home process.I proudly represented the company to Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Bankers, Attorneys, other professionals, and of course the clients.

The family business. After earning my college degree and working in Denver for a couple years, I joined our family business, new home construction, as the Marketing Manager. I managed the company’s traditional advertising (TV/Radio/Newspaper), direct marketing (printouts, newsletters), and digital marketing (email/website/web listings). I introduced a co-marketing effort that lead to a 50% increase. Among my last actions in the corporation was to acquire their website which I later sold to Harmony Homes (Las Vegas).

Support the Vice President of Sales and the Sales Manager in customer relations to include data/order entry and resolving customer questions and complaints. Communicate with all departments in the manufacturing process. Customer list included international clients therefore work hours fluctuated. Assist in preparing sales presentation materials for convention booth. I helped prepare our facility to host an international conference. I executed a medium sized product recall.
