Performing Sr Program Management responsibilities on a large CRM initiative for the Research and Development IS organization.

Responsible for the management, oversight and successful execution of key technology initiatives comprising the overall 2010 Technology Portfolio for Home Loans and Insurance. This includes resource management of a highly skilled and specialized change management team members and relationship management across multiple lines of business.

Responsible for the successful implementation of the Company's imaging initiatives. This includes working in partnership with senior executives from business and technology to set the strategic direction, deriving the implementation roadmap, driving individual project efforts, and tracking to commitments. These initiatives were focused on taking the paper-intensive mortgate origination, fulfillment and servicing processes "paperless".

Responsible for the management and oversight of the FSL Technology Group. The team is comprised of 60 individuals performing in one of 5 areas of responsibility: Technology Solutions, Technology Governance and Audit, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing. It provided technology-related support to FSL as a division of Countrywide and serves as the primary interface to other Technology, Security, and Business entities outside of the Division and across Countrywide as a whole.

Functional ManagementResponsible for management of approximately 20-25 programmers and analysts providing systems support to the SSP Business Unit. This includes oversight of all systems-related functions including reporting, printed fulfillment, encounter transmissions, WLP/Perot Help Desk, etc.Contract and Vendor Relationship ManagementResponsible for the oversight of the vendor relationship with Perot Systems as it relates to the migration of SSP business from the legacy applications to Perot’s D950 Unix/Oracle-based claims adjudication system. Duties include SLA monitoring, cost tracking, service order/change order approval/management and financial oversight of Perot Systems as outside and onsite services.

Project, Program and Staff ManagementEstablished the Engineering Program Office which includes: recruitment and team building; establishment and adherence to PM standards and procedures; application of sizing, estimation and tracking techniques; etc. The EPO is the central point of contact for product and executive level management, providing information on project course and speed. Duties involve direct management of the 10 – 12 Technical Project Managers and indirect management of all project team members. This includes oversight of up to 20 simultaneous projects with teams of 6 to 8 professionals of various levels and functions; oversight of all system development efforts related to web-based products, new web-site infrastructure, applications and Data Warehousing; and management of client expectations concerning the execution of product and system launches.
