Michelle is an independent corporate board director (American Homes 4 Rent, NYSE AMH, LDH Growth Corp I and Beauty Health). She previously served as Deloitte’s West Region Market Leader and Managing Partner of the Los Angeles practice, one of the largest professional services firm in the area.With more than 35 years of experience in Big 4/professional services, Michelle has served a diverse group of publicly and privately held clients, ranging from middle-market companies to large multi-nationals, in several industries, including consumer products, technology, and real estate. She assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, and equity and debt offerings.Michelle is an accredited member of the California and Arizona State Board of Accountancy, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants.She received a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona Universityand is a recipient of the NAU outstanding alumnus award.
