-Helped shareowners with common transactions (such as sales, transfer of ownership, changing dividend reinvestment plans, and much more)-Exercised great soft skills (many callers were calling in due to a passing of a loved one which is why they needed to transfer ownership, and most people are very sensitive about their money)-Coming up with solutions to complex problems, not every caller had the same circumstances. Sometimes shareowners weren't able to complete certain parts of a transaction (for example, receiving a medallion stamp to show authentication that the person truly does have the capacity to transact on said account), there were certain procedures set in place, while with others, some extra thinking needed to be involved.
