Technical Support Engineer
Current• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.• Respond to queries on-site or remotely. • Respond to Ticketing System within the defined SLA. • Guide users through the problem-solving process. • Install, modify, and troubleshoot technical issues. • Resolve problems by running diagnostic programs. • Install computer peripherals for users. • Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved. • Gain feedback from users about computer usage. • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
