Financial Reporting Team Leader
Current•Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.•Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development. •Contribute to the preparation of the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.•Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.•Manage the reporting infrastructure in order to effectively leverage on technology to facilitate information sharing with the management on a real time basis. •Define standards for reporting service levels – frequency and formats for management reporting. •Leverage on cross divisional/ functional collaboration and coordination to proactively manage reporting process and address varied needs of Woqod management. •Coordinate the collection of information from different parties to •Act as the focal point in reporting ongoing accounting and financial activities to direct managers and other concerned internal parties in order to keep them abreast and informed with regards to activity status.
