Responsible for daily monitoring, reporting, and management of all REV products and services, content engagement and liaising with inter-department managers to deliver superior customer experiences to achieve corporate objectives. Using the combination of technical knowledge with strong marketing & business development skills to direct the management and.

• Assist with developing brand strategies and campaigns that build Baha Mar brand awareness.
• Contribute to the continued evolution of the Baha Mar Brand, ensuring it grows in relevance with guests and strategic partners.
• As a key product expert, understanding key differentiators, unique selling features and audience for each guest experience.
• Partner closely with Revenue management to manage the offer calendar, ensuring compelling offers, positioning, audience identification and driving marketing plan development.
• Partner closely with Entertainment to develop marketing plans which support special event offerings.
• Analyze marketing plans and offer performance to ensure driving business results

• Manage and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotions for all of the company’s products and services.
• Prepare and administer campaign and/or promotions budgets, forecasts, ROI and communication
• Provide direction in the creation of marketing materials and ensure congruence with the objectives
• Prepare all radio and television scripts for product advertising
• Organize all special events for sponsorship initiatives for Nassau and Grand Bahama offices
• Direct forward-thinking marketing, graphics and web development team in the company’s marketing and public relations projects
