My role involves designing and executing tailored marketing initiatives for iconic brands such as Oreo, Milka, LU, Côte d'Or and Philadelphia, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each market. This ensures maximum product visibility, drives demand, and fuels growth. I work closely with sales teams and external partners to ensure the success of on-the-ground activations, all while aligning with the company’s overarching goals.In addition, I spearhead the preparation of the Vision and Growth Plans, focusing on both strategic vision and tactical execution. This involves crafting growth-oriented frameworks that serve as a roadmap for category development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. By balancing long-term strategic goals with immediate, actionable plans, I drive market share expansion and profitability across diverse segments. My approach combines deep market insights, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster sustainable growth and ensure our offerings are always competitive and relevant.
