I am currently pursuing a Business Human Resources degree at Seneca College, where I am developing a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices. My academic journey equips me with essential skills in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational behavior.Before my studies, I spent nearly five years as a daycare teacher. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of child development and education. During my time as a daycare teacher, I was responsible for creating and implementing educational activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues.Currently, I work in the restaurant industry, where I have gained valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role has further enhanced my organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and experience in customer service and team coordination.The experience I gained as a daycare teacher and in the restaurant industry has provided me with valuable skills that are highly transferable to the field of human resources.
