Selected into U. S. Digital Service (USDS), a tech unit within the Executive Office of the Obama Administration, to revitalize the SSA’s Disability Case Processing System (DCPS). DCPS is a half-billion dollar endeavor to unify, streamline, and modernize disability determination services across the nation. - One of three USDS members assigned to the SSA in order to reconstruct DCPS from scratch and direct its development. - Led the redesign and integration of the Electronic Claims Analysis Tool (eCAT) into DCPS. - Collaborated with SSA leaders to facilitate the transition from USDS leadership to SSA independence.
