Co-developed process definitions, templates, checklists, example artifacts, and training (PPT and Articulate web-based audio/video delivery). Also assisted in analyzing compatibility of Pathfinder with Accenture Delivery Methods after acquisition of Gestalt closed on Dec 2007. During transition, also took over role of Orlando Facility Security Officer overseeing processing of classified personnel clearances and operation of secure facilities as well as coordinating changes to these procedures with the Accenture Director of Security. This experience provided additional guidance on tools, techniques and security concerns for managing agile DoD projects. -

Company was acquired by Accenture on Jan 2008.Largest program: Coached a 50-person program divided into 6 teams across 5 locations (Philadelphia, Orlando, Boston, Colorado Springs, Hawaii) to adopt agile methodologies in maintaining and evolving a suite of legacy training simulations and utilities. Worked with various stakeholders internally, as well as across multiple Air Force agencies and simulation centers worldwide to set priorities on warfighter training capabilities. Coached team member on agile methodology implementation including 15 subcontractors. Supported customer installation and training across US and Korea. The program, successfully delivered 19 releases to the simulation centers in one year to meet multiple training objectives for this $30 million program. These successful deliveries resulted in a 1 year extension and additional agencies contacting Gestalt for assistance.
