Whenever I was building our a new system, I would ask for her feedback. She has an eye for making work for efficient and asks super thoughtful questions. In leading the partnerships work, Margo built many systems for sourcing new employment opportunities and recruiting new organizational partners. Margo is an excellent operational thinker and this skillset would be an asset in a number of different organizations and positions.
