I am the principal of MK Law, a CBD-based boutique law firm specialised in all facets of immigration law and practice, including residence and temporary visa applications, appeals, deportations and review hearings. We are also experienced in conducting employment and criminal matters involving immigration issues. I was formerly employed at Immigration New Zealand as an immigration officer before my admission to the bar in New Zealand. Whilst working as an immigration officer, I assessed various types of residence visa applications and conducted site visits to homes and workplaces to assess the bona fides of the applicants. Thanks to the hard-earned invaluable insight into the practical workings of the NZ immigration system, I have been able to assess my clients' immigration status through the critical eyes of an immigration officer and provide optimum solutions for their immigration goals.New Zealand immigration policies are living documents that are constantly evolving in the pursuit of the national advantage.
