With a dual degree in Computer Science and Public Administration from the University of Baghdad, I have developed a unique combination of technical and administrative skills that enable me to provide effective and efficient technical support to customers and stakeholders. As a Technical Support Engineer at Hala FTTH, I worked with a team of engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, install and configure fiber optic equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Java, Python, C++ programming, computer networking, and network systems, which I leveraged to design and implement solutions for complex and diverse problems. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my skills, and I am always looking for opportunities to contribute to the mission and vision of Hala FTTH, which is to provide high-speed and reliable internet access to the Iraqi population.
