CurrentJob Description:• Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/ quarter sales forecast and achieving Sales target month by month and quarter by quarter.• Purse leads from Sales/Service associates and convert them in to offer to order to sales in timebound manner by engaging customers through digital mode (Telephone/Email).• Review Letter of Award (LOA), Purchase Order (PO) and Change Orders (CO) & obtain respective acknowledgement.• Plans, manages, and coordinates all… Show more Job Description:• Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/ quarter sales forecast and achieving Sales target month by month and quarter by quarter.• Purse leads from Sales/Service associates and convert them in to offer to order to sales in timebound manner by engaging customers through digital mode (Telephone/Email).• Review Letter of Award (LOA), Purchase Order (PO) and Change Orders (CO) & obtain respective acknowledgement.• Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.• Floating RFQ/Inquiry to potential suppliers for Trading, machining & Catalogue parts.• Generate purchase orders for respective suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with negotiated terms.• Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and implement corrective actions as necessary.• Support Localization efforts / Help in developing In-country capabilities for Supply Chain deliverables.• Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).• Optimize warehouse functions.• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and meet customer demand. • Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and reduce holding costs. • Participate and assist during internal and external audits and implement necessary actions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.• Supports proper utilization of ERP (LN) system.
